Schedule

The symposium will last 5 hours each day:

  • On Monday and Tuesday, from 7:00 to 12:00 UTC (8:00 to 13:00 CET, 16:00 to 21:00 JST)
  • On Wednesday and Thursday, from 9:00 to 14:00 UTC (10:00 to 15:00 CET, 18:00 to 23:00 JST)
On each day, we will have two sessions of 120 minutes, separated by an one-hour coffee (lunch, or dinner) break. Sessions include one or two highlight talks and contributed talks of 10' plus 3' question time.

      The breakdown in gender association and position of invited and contributed oral presentations is shown below.


           

           

      Gender association was estimated by the first names with genderize.io, providing a binary probability that each name is male or female. In case genderize.io provided an association probability below 68%, or the name was not existing in the data base, we flagged the association as unknown.
